The argus.METRO Optical turnstiles system has been designed for access and toll payment control for public transport infrastructure.

Reversible transit areas offer maximum reliability and availability, permitting traffic flow while providing a pleasant and aesthetic environment.

HIGH RELIABILITY

  • Its 48 redundant photocells permit the system to operate normally in the event of malfunction with an MTBF greater than 2 million cycles.
  • Specifications in accordance with railway regulations.
  • Automatic opening in the case of emergency.

STURDINESS AND DURABILITY

  • Double galvanized steel structure with stainless steel exterior AISI 304 or AISI 316.
  • Double-glazed tempered sliding glass obstacles (6+2+2 mm.) with a smooth, balanced and noiseless shock-mount system.

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Parameterisable reverse mode.
  • Double door in interlock mode or single door with wireless readers or card boxes.
  • Transit areas with widths from 590 mm to 605 mm and 900 mm for persons with reduced mobility.
  • Integration with toll payment systems, magnetic stripe readers, chips, contactless cards as well as Smartphone payment systems.
  • Integration with distributed control network. Data bus or TCP/IP Protocol.
