PAYLOAD CAPACITY

The aunav.MAXI is a handling and loading robot. It was designed to move bulky objects by remote control. It can move heavy vehicles in any setting, including the urban environment.

It can be used in perimeter surveillance missions and EOD/CIED/CBRN operations in any working environment.

With a maximum speed of 35 Km/h., the aunav.MAXI can be driven like any other vehicle or controlled remotely without anyone in the driver’s seat.

HIGH EFFECTIVENESS IN REMOTE
CONTROLLED OPERATIONS

  • The aunav.MAXI is capable of handling and transporting loads of up to 4,000 Kg.
  • Its narrow turn radius of 3.9 m. with the 360° rotation of the turret enable it to operate in all kind of scenarios, including in urban areas.
  • It is fitted with accelerometers to monitor the robot tilt angle in all axles and range sensors to avoid collisions.
  • It also features many fixed cameras, PTZ dome, a camera with optical zoom and a PTZ camera with latest-generation thermal imaging to detect heat sources more than 2.5 Km. away.

RELIABLE AND LONG RANGE DATA LINK

  • Two-way MN-MIMO digital data link transmission that allows totally reliable control over the robot, even in radio communication saturated areas, and the simultaneous transmission of several video feeds in real time without loss of resolution.
  • Within line of sight, the range is up to 3 Km., and is 700 meters in urban areas.
  • Transmission via cable data link up to 100 meters, and up to 250 meters using fibre optics.

FULLY OPERATIONAL GRIP IN MULTITASK MODE

The multi-function grip has been designed not only to punch through sheet metal, but also to have the necessary precision to deactivate devices and move all types of elements.

The grip can be swapped for other accessories:

  • Barrel Clamp: Designed to handle drums typical of the ones used in the oil industry, etc.
  • Forklift: Designed to move, transport and stack pallets, cars or other payloads, even on uneven surfaces. It can be manipulated with great precision.
  • Extender: Extension to increase the reach and capacity of the robot.
  • 4x1 Blade: Provides multiple functions, such as to destroy walls, trucks or cars.
  • Hydraulic winch: An activated hydraulic winch adds the versatility of a crane to the functions of the robot.

ITS REACH AND PRECISION GUARANTEE A SUCCESSFUL RESPONSE IN TASKS OF SURVEILLANCE, EXPLORATION AND EOD/CIED SITUATION MANAGEMENT IN INDUSTRIAL COMPLEXES. ITS REACH ALLOWS IT TO PERFORM INSPECTIONS ON TOP OF FUEL STORAGE TANKS AND THEIR PIPELINES.
