The aunav.NEXT robot has been designed and developed by Proytecsa in partnership with bomb-disposal teams and represents the next evolutionary step in the EOD/IED/CBRN robots market; it being the only robot in the world with EAL2+ security certification.

It effectively combines strength and dexterity in the movement of its two arms while its powerful control unit provides additional operator-assistance functionalities to give the robot semi-autonomous capabilities, thereby greatly reducing operation time and risk.

Its multiple configurations make it an extremely versatile robot with the necessary capacity to adapt to various operation scenarios.

WHEN YOU NEED
BOTH HANDS

  • The aunav.NEXT robot is the only EOD robot with two synchronised arms that also rotate 360º around their own axis, enabling it to perform millimetrically precise movements beyond the reach of other robots on the market.
  • 250 Kg of lifting force and over 7,000 Kg of grip strength allow it to open and move vehicles effortlessly.
  • The tools management system enables the robot to autonomously change up to three tools without requiring operator input by using automatic movements.

MOST ADVANCED ROBOT ON THE MARKET

  • The anti-collision and anti-roll system, together with the pre-set positions and grip-based movement, simplify and help the operator control the robot.
  • The dual wheel/track traction system enables the robot to be operated over any kind of terrain, climb stairs up to 45º and slopes of over 45º.
  • It is fitted with an autonomous navigation system that enables it to follow another object, complete pre-defined routes to avoid obstacles and, in the event of communication failure, return back along the same path.

CONTROL CENTRE (OCU)

  • This comprises a rugged dual touchscreen control unit with an ergonomic control pad for robot operation.
  • It allows up to eight cameras to be selected and displayed simultaneously in real time, and the robot to be operated at a safety distance of between 700 m and 3 Km depending on the nature of the terrain.
  • It includes a 3D representation of the robot, hich displays the status of all its joints in real time.
